No. Mouraria Creative Hub is not an office center (coworking space), it is an incubator, so you will have to apply with an idea/business project from the creative sector to have access to support and services to apply in your project.
Yes, by appointment with the staff team. The schedule for guided tours of the space is on Thursdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm | 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
Yes, spaces can be rented by external entities.
Projects associated with design in its various aspects: fashion design, product, graphic, consulting, social design, food design and services. As well as projects linked to the audiovisual cultural industries, music or even virtual reality.
Individuals with innovative business ideas, as well as legal entities with less than three years of existence whose activities are based in the city of Lisbon, in the creative and traditional crafts sectors, including: media, design, fashion, music, food design, and manufacturing crafts.

There is no set date for applications (Calls), with evaluation and admission periods for applications to the incubator on a quarterly basis.
For each admission cycle at the Mouraria Creative Hub, a jury is formed to evaluate the applications. The jury may consist of members from the Municipal Directorate of Economy and Innovation of the Lisbon City Council, the Mouraria Creative Hub team and resident projects, mentors, investors, and alumni entrepreneurs.
Differentiated and/or innovative product/service idea or project;
Feasibility of the project presented;
Project Market Potential;
Capacity of implementation by the promoting team;
Contribute to greater cohesion, social, cultural and/or economic development of Mouraria and Lisbon;
Project business and sustainability plan.
The average response time to an application is 2 to 3 months.

Each resident project can occupy up to 4 jobs places, plus interns or temporary employees.

Support from a team of staff, daily cleaning of the space and night surveillance. Use of the meeting room, equipped multipurpose space, photo studio, pantry, ping-pong table and outdoor garden. A training program, mentor network in the legal, accounting, business management and creative fields.
